D365 Business Central Developer – End User (US-Based Organisation)
We are working with a well-established, US-based end user organisation seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central developer to join their growing internal IT team. About the Role
As a D365 Business Central Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customisations and extensions within the Business Central environment. You will work closely with functional consultants, finance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance core business processes.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on AL development, system integration, and continuous improvement of the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ERP functionality and user experience
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
- Proficiency in AL language and extension-based development
- Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Understanding of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing processes is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
