Director of Amazon & Marketplace Growth - Hybrid - Dallas, Tx
R2 are partnered with a manufacturing brand with a strong presence across eCommerce channels and ambitious plans for continued expansion. They're looking for an experienced Amazon leader to take ownership of their largest revenue channel and drive the next stage of growth.
This role carries full responsibility for channel performance, including revenue growth, profitability, advertising efficiency, content optimization, inventory planning, and marketplace expansion. You will serve as the company's Amazon expert, partnering closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to build a best-in-class marketplace organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central performance, growth, and profitability.
- Develop and execute Amazon marketplace and advertising strategies.
- Optimize listings, A Content, Brand Store, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Manage catalog health, compliance, and account performance.
- Lead inventory forecasting and replenishment planning with operations teams.
- Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable growth recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement across content, advertising, and customer experience.
- Identify and support expansion opportunities across additional marketplaces.
- Partner cross-functionally to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive Amazon marketplace experience 1P & 3P.
- Proven track record of driving Amazon revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising, SEO, listing optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience managing inventory, forecasting, and marketplace operations.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership experience.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
