Auto Body Technician – B Tech
Body / Painter / Start to Finish Technician
Pay Flat Rate: 30% -40%
$40,000 - $80,000 Yearly

Requirements:
3 Years Experience
Ability to turn 60 hours weekly
Perform Quality Repairs

Expectations
Restore & repair vehicle as assigned
Read a work order
Tear down and create a supplement
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing repairs
Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Disassembly and reassembly
Experience working in a collision repair or body shop is a must
Quality conscious and detail-oriented
Use the proper Safety Gear
Use a vac sander to help maintain a clean and healthy environment
