Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle disassembly, reassembly, and preparation for repairs using hand tools and power tools.
- Support auto body technicians in performing sheet metal work, welding (including MIG welding), soldering, and fabrication tasks to restore vehicle structures.
- Help with auto painting processes such as sanding, masking, and airless paint spraying to achieve a flawless finish.
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of parts or vehicles safely to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Support the installation of auto glass and perform minor auto body repairs under supervision.
- Assist with vehicle detailing, minor mechanical repairs, and general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques including sheet metal work, welding (MIG welding), soldering, and auto painting.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and auto body equipment such as airless paint sprayers.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, assembly, and auto restoration processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
