Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs from concept through execution ensuring alignment across many teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-phase programs that span several teams, technologies, and business areas.
- Strategic Alignment: Define goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.
- Technical Integration: Understand system architecture, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks, blockers, and integration challenges early.
- Execution Management: Build and manage program plans, milestones, and timelines using agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates on program status, dependencies, and risk mitigation to executives and cross-functional partners.
- Governance and Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, dashboards, and cadence reviews to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply learnings to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between teams and business stakeholders
- Experience: 7 10 years in program or project management, preferably in a technical or product-driven environment.
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of system design, APIs, data models, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MSFT, or similar program tracking tools.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment across within internal and external teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive alignment across distributed teams.
- Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure programs.
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making based on technical and business tradeoffs
