Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians.
- Perform vital sign checks, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Administer immunizations, injections and collect labs.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide care for patients in a Pediatric setting.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Experience
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required.
- Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
