Overview
We are seeking a skilled residential electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential electrical systems, kitchen, bath and basement remodels. Excellent customer service skills are required.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices like Ohmmeters and Ammeters
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as an Electrician
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a residential setting.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
