We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales, with an emphasis on upselling and inventory control. Seeking full-time hours at approximately 50 hours per week.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Conduct training daily to strengthen yourself.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales, finance & management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Communicate with customers through CRM Software via calling and texting.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment for customers.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with software tools related to sales management and inventory control is a plus.
• Ability to show up on-time, commit to set schedule, and communicate to management when necessary.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and enhancing the customer experience.
