Duties
- Prepare comprehensive project estimates by analyzing schematics, blueprints, and contract documents using construction estimating software.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop accurate project scopes and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software
- Lead project coordination
- Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately assess project requirements.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress against schedules; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience with construction estimating processes and software
- Strong proficiency in project management software
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to develop detailed project schedules using scheduling tools.
- Excellent understanding of contracts, schematics, and construction documentation.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in civil or heavy construction projects is highly desirable.
