- Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc. policies.
- Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, health and safety oversight, and maintain smooth operations at assigned sites
- Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in documentation, communication, organization and time management.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.
