Parts Associate Job Summary
We are searching for a Experienced Parts Associate to help our customers and employees get the replacement parts they need. Some of the duties involve checking inventory, and ordering new parts when necessary, stocking parts, data entry, and accomplishing the required paperwork. You will also directly handle customer service when an issue needs extra support. Our ideal applicant must have several years of experience working with heavy equipment parts, You also need strong customer service and communication skills.
- Parts Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Take regular inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee the shipment of replacement parts
- Handle complex or pressing customer and employee issues
- Parts Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Heavy equipment parts experience a must
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency.
