Ready to start your career before you even graduate? R&L Spring is looking for 2 motivated high school students to join our Youth Apprenticeship Program in maintenance and manufacturing.
This isn’t just a summer job, it’s a chance to learn real skills, work with your hands, and get paid while exploring a future career.

- High school junior or senior enrolled in Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship
- Someone who enjoys working with their hands and learning new things
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to ask questions
- Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades
- Year-long program (~450 hours)
- Rotate through different areas like maintenance, production, and grinding
- Paired with mentors who will guide and support your growth
