Medicoil is growing and looking for an experienced Class A Coiler to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. If you have experience setting up and operating coiling equipment and enjoy solving production challenges in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you.
Schedule
1st Shift
Monday – Friday
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate spring coiling and/or wire forming machines
- Produce compression, extension, torsion springs, wire forms, and rings to blueprint specifications
- Perform machine adjustments and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and load testers to verify part conformance
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with training newer team members
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Prior spring coiling and/or wire forming experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tooling knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 4–7 years of related spring manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
