Secondary Operator

Location: Lake Geneva, WI
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Available
Pay: Competitive pay. Shift differential: 2^nd shift: $1.50/hour, 3^rd shift: $2.00/hour

2^nd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

3^rd shift hours: Sunday – Thursday from 10 pm to 6:30 am

Join Medicoil and build a hands-on manufacturing career. We are hiring Secondary Operators to support the production of precision components in a clean, safety-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Operate equipment to perform secondary processes such as trimming, welding, grinding, heat shrinking, washing, and pad printing
• Inspect parts during production and monitor equipment for issues
• Remove completed parts, complete basic documentation, and maintain quality standards
• Work closely with team members and communicate quality or equipment concerns
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following Medicoil policies and ISO 13485 requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to follow written work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
