Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and biopsychosocial assessments
- Provide dual diagnosis treatment for patients with co-occurring disorders
- Interact with patients to provide support and guidance
- Administer psychiatric medications and monitor patient responses
- Implement trauma-informed care practices to support patients in crisis
Required Skills:
- Experience in psychiatric nursing and substance abuse counseling
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and chemical dependency treatment
- Ability to perform clinical assessments and crisis prevention interventions
- Strong communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare team
- Understanding of behavioral health, psychiatry, and trauma-informed care principles
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in anxiety, depression, and addictions treatment
- Familiarity with dual diagnosis and substance abuse counseling
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $140,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
- Health Insurance benefits provided
