R L Carriers has an immediate need for Full-Time Forklift Operator Lead at our Anaheim, CA Service Center to unload and load trailers containing customer freight. Successful candidates for this position must possess a good work ethic, be trusted to handle valuable customer freight, demonstrate adherence to rules/regulations given the risk of injury to employee and coworkers when driving forklift, maintain a good attendance record, work well with others as part of a team, and excel in a fast-paced work environment. . Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Previous leadership, warehouse & forklift experience in a fast-paced, LTL environment is necessary
• Able to read manifests, supervise dock workers, and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must have good loading and unloading skills.
• Previous forklift experience needed
