Responsibilities
- Process employment and mortgage verification requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and privacy regulations
- Utilize HR systems and databases to accurately retrieve and report employment data
- Enter new hires, make changes pertaining to pay rates, addresses, job titles, locations, and processes terminations in Oracle, Legacy, and Kronos
- Serve as a point of contact for external agencies, lenders, and verifiers regarding employment confirmation requests
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information
- Perform variety of office support functions such as generating reports
- Assist employees and management with requests and inquiries
- Work in a confidential capacity
- Superior written, verbal and customer service skills required
- Proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment required
- 2 years - providing executive administrative support in a fast-paced corporate setting
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Word
- Ability to adapt to and initiate change
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and written combined with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and perform all other duties as assigned
- Proven attention to detail and ability to complete projects timely
