What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing - Racker/Packager position at R&J Metal Finishing?
Summary
This position will assist in the production and/or packaging of finished parts for various industries.

- Shift: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM Monday to Friday
Essential Functions

- Prepare orders the processing line(racking, labeling)
- Preliminary inspection of parts for damage or inconsistencies.
- Assisting production with rinsing and drying finished parts.
- Preparing parts for shipment(un-racking, packaging)
- Perform final inspection after processing for damage or inconsistencies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent, shop or packaging experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Problem Solving - Identifies and solves problems in a creative and effective way.
- Organization/Planning - Maintains an organized work environment and uses time effectively.
- Adaptability - Adapts to shifting priorities in the work environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to understand prints/drawings.
- Manual Dexterity - Able to mount parts and remove parts from various processing equipment.
- Occasional lifting may be required of up to 30 pounds.
