Key Responsibilities:

Administer day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Support payroll processing and benefits administration

Assist with performance management and training initiatives

Handle HR reporting, data entry, and documentation

Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

3 or more years of HR experience

Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG or similar

Proactive problem solver with a demonstrated track record of collaboration and teamwork
