What You’ll Do
As a Convenience Store Stocker, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store fully stocked, clean, and organized while supporting a positive customer experience:
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays efficiently and accurately
- Rotate product to ensure freshness and proper dating standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, stockrooms, restrooms, and exterior areas
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or ordering needs to management
- Support merchandising standards, product displays, and store presentation
- Assist customers with locating items and provide friendly, helpful service as needed
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food safety standards
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in retail, stocking, warehouse, or customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability
Training & Certifications
