What You’ll Do As a Dump Truck Driver and End Dump Operator, you will safely haul and unload bulk aggregates, dirt, sand, gravel, and asphalt to active construction sites across Southeast Kansas.
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy-duty equipment to transport construction materials.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure truck safety (brakes, lights, tires, and load securement).
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets, driving hours, and electronic/paper documentation via our Motive platform.
- Navigate routes efficiently and communicate clearly with your foreman.
- Work a typical daytime Monday–Friday schedule (with overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require).
What We Are Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) and a current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a strong commitment to FMCSA safety standards.
- Experience operating end dumps or standard dump trucks is preferred, but we will train the right career-minded driver.
- Dependable work ethic, comfort with manual handling tasks, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
