What You’ll Do As a Dump Truck Driver and End Dump Operator, you will safely haul and unload bulk aggregates, dirt, sand, gravel, and asphalt to active construction sites across Southeast Kansas.
Safely operate dump trucks and heavy-duty equipment to transport construction materials.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure truck safety (brakes, lights, tires, and load securement).
Maintain accurate delivery tickets, driving hours, and electronic/paper documentation via our Motive platform.
Navigate routes efficiently and communicate clearly with your foreman.
Work a typical daytime Monday–Friday schedule (with overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require).
What We Are Looking For
Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) and a current DOT Medical Certification.
Clean, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the Company and insurance requirements.
Must meet all applicable FMSCA/DOT driver qualifications.
Must be able to successfully complete all required DOT pre-employment screening requirements, including drug and alcohol testing requirements, as applicable.
Must meet applicable FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements.
Ability to safely operate assigned commercial motor vehicles and comply with all federal, state, and Company safety requirements.
Experience operating end dumps or standard dump trucks is preferred, but we will train the right career-minded driver.
Dependable work ethic, comfort with manual handling tasks, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safe, professional driving.
