Project Manager / Estimator – Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to bring and build a new line of work within our company.
This is not a plug-in role. This position is for someone who can take ownership of their scope, manage projects from bid through completion, and contribute to the growth of the business through their experience, relationships, and initiative.
What You’ll Do
- Estimate and bid commercial construction projects
- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, subs, and clients
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within your area of experience
- Operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience estimating and managing commercial construction projects
- Ability to operate independently without direct supervision
- Strong understanding of costs, scopes, and project execution
- Someone who takes ownership and is motivated by results.
- Background in any commercial scope (interiors, general contracting, flooring, exterior systems, etc.)
Position Details
- Full-time, in-person
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- Performance-based upside tied to production and profitability

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
