This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager based in Mansfield, TX. The Service Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair operations, manage service team activities, and ensure customer requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising technical staff, scheduling repairs, monitoring work quality, managing service requests, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and develop technical staff
- Technical knowledge of generator systems, HVAC equipment, and electrical systems
- Experience in scheduling, work allocation, and ensuring service quality
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-specific software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the industrial or commercial service or equipment industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or relevant training are preferred
