You will work with a select team providing auditing and tax services to predominantly US-inbound international businesses (primarily German/European) in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

Our Charlotte Team is actively looking to bring on a new hire! Qualified candidates will be available on-site with a start date no later than January 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Federal and state corporate, consolidated returns, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
- Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal and state tax topics
- Perform audit engagements in a variety of industries, concentrating on manufacturing and distribution
- Develop and execute audit programs by documenting objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, and designing test procedures associated with the audit scope
- Perform technical accounting research on a variety of accounting topics
- Provide timely and high-quality services and deliverables that exceed client expectations
- Maintain active communication to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare clear, concise workpapers and other communications
- 0-1 year(s) of professional experience, including experience in public accounting
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation (must have degree(s) related to the 150-hour requirement for CPA completed)
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills in English
- Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- ProSystem fx Engagement experience
- CCH Axcess experience
- German writing and communication skills are an advantage, but not required
