Role Description

The Client Relations Coordinator Intern will support and enhance relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and assisting the team with day-to-day client coordination activities. Responsibilities include managing client communications, organizing client records, coordinating appointments, assisting with projects, and fostering positive client experiences. This is a part time- possible full-time role based in our Campbellsville, KY office!

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Client Relations skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Customer Service expertise to ensure exceptional client support and satisfaction
• Proficient Organization Skills to manage records, appointments, and documentation efficiently
• Basic Project Management capabilities to assist with team projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools is preferred
• Enthusiasm for retirement planning and wealth management industry exposure
• Pursuit of a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
