Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Proven success in client relations, account management, or a similar client-facing sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

A strong understanding of insurance principles and products (Property & Casualty preferred).

Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.

Self-motivated with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.

Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service needs.

Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and coverage adjustments.

Manage the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to support client growth and satisfaction initiatives.

Keep client records accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.
