Safety Professional – Civil Construction
We’re looking for a dedicated Safety Professional to join our growing civil construction team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a strong safety culture, takes initiative in the field, and knows how to keep crews working efficiently and safely.
About the Role
As our Safety Professional, you’ll support project teams by ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal safety standards. You’ll conduct site inspections, lead trainings, and work closely with field leadership to maintain a proactive, prevention‑focused safety environment.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification
- OSHA 510 Certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety role
- Trench safety training
- Civil construction experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular jobsite safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks with field crews
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action planning
- Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Support project teams in implementing safe work practices and hazard mitigation strategies
