R.C. Fields & Associates, Inc. (RCF) is an established Land Surveying and Civil Engineering firm specializing in engineering design, land development, and project management on a variety of construction projects in Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. Thanks to our growth, we are accepting resumes for a CAD Drafter at our office in Alexandria, Virginia.
RCF has immediate openings for a CAD Drafter/Technician in our Land Survey department. Applicants should be proficient in the use of the technical drafting program AutoCAD. However, no prior survey experience is required. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, creative, flexible, patient, self-starters who are willing to work at a dynamic pace. Candidates must share a commitment to our company's Vision, Mission, and Shared Values.
As a member of our Land Surveying department, you will be involved with a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our well-established client base.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting of various survey related documents using AutoCAD
- No prior survey experience required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
