Automotive Sales
Position Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming new and used vehicle requests via internet, phone, or walk-in traffic in a timely manner.
- Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening.
- Negotiating directly with clients.
- Delivering sold vehicles effectively.
- Proficiency with computers including E-mail, Internet, and Contact Management System.
- Maintain customer information in a Contact Management System.
- Monitors e-mails and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Reaches monthly new and used vehicle sales objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills.
- Auto industry experience preferred but would be willing to train the right candidate.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Also, will be asked to help with Financing/Paperwork.
You can get commission on both titles!
