We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fry Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook various fried foods according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety regulations are followed.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to proper food handling techniques and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Participate in training sessions for new staff members, sharing knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the restaurant or culinary industry.
• Fine dining experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality meal presentation.
• Proficient knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods are essential.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
