What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Returns Specialist / Data Entry position at R&B Wholesale Distributors?
We are seeking a detail oriented professional with great communication and computer skills. This person must be extremely organized to perform the following duties with a smile:
Answer Phones, Data Entry, Order Entry, Assist Sales Team, Filling, Scanning Data, assist with warehouse coverage driving a forklift and clamplift.
Process Returns, Order Parts as needed, request RA from Vendor, Create and Maintain Scratch N Dent list (part of this process is in the warehouse and in office)
Good Computer Skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Appliance Knowledge a Plus
Hours - 8 AM to 4:30 PM / Monday through Friday
Paid Holidays / No Weekend work
