Warehouse Associate (Shipping and Receiving)

Wagner is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material movement across our facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers get what they need—on time and accurate.

What You’ll Do

· Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments 

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment 

· Pick, pack, and stage materials for customer orders 

· Build crates and prepare products for safe shipment 

· Move materials between warehouse and production areas 

· Perform inventory transactions and support cycle counts 

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred 

· Forklift experience is a plus 

· Ability to use basic tools and measuring devices 

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

· Ability to work independently and stay organized 

· Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

· Active role involving standing, lifting, and moving materials 

· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
