Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading documents
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and general office equipment operation
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
