Position Overview:
- Accounts payable approvals process and data entry.
- Accounts receivable data entry including invoices, payments and deposits, creation and verification of monthly statements for two companies.
- Large contract projects accounts receivable using AIA type documents.
- Generate invoices based on Time and Material data from the field.
- General filing in digital format, and organization.
- Vendor and Customer file creation and filing of documents needed including insurance certificates
- Become proficient using Foundation Accounting software
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Excellent attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in business or accounting preferred.
Work Hours:
- Full Time
- Expected average hours per week: 40 – 45
- In office only. This is not a remote working position.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.85 per hour
