General Labor – Asphalt
R & R Asphalt is looking for hardworking, dependable general laborers to join our team.
Job duties may include:
- Shoveling and raking asphalt
- Jobsite cleanup
- Assisting with sealcoating, striping, and patching
- Preparing surfaces for asphalt work
- Operating hand tools and small equipment
- Loading and unloading materials
- Supporting the crew with daily jobsite tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic
- Dependable and on time
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Asphalt experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
