Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Fabricate metal components and assemblies to specifications
- Inspect finished welds for strength and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors on project progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Familiarity with various welding techniques including MIG and TIG
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
