Sales and Estimates for Custom Docks

Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Sales & Estimating Specialist to join our team and help clients bring their waterfront visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss dock design needs, dock repair needs, site conditions, and budget.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and material takeoffs based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and marina managers.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure estimates align with project capabilities and timelines.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly, professional attitude
• Follow up on leads, and close deals efficiently.
• Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and on-site consultations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction sales, estimating, or marine products preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, outdoor structures, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of materials, site evaluation, and project costing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints or CAD drawings is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
