Position: CDL-A Local Driver (Oregon)
R-2 Contractors is seeking a dependable and experienced CDL-A Driver to support construction operations throughout Oregon. This is a local driving position, allowing drivers to be home regularly while playing a key role in transporting heavy equipment and materials to project sites across the region. With occasional OTR trips.

Position: CDL-A Local Driver (Oregon)
R-2 Contractors is seeking a dependable and experienced CDL-A Driver to support construction operations throughout Oregon. This is a local driving position, allowing drivers to be home regularly while playing a key role in transporting heavy equipment and materials to project sites across the region. With occasional OTR trips.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport heavy construction equipment and materials to and from Arizona job sites.
- Operate a variety of CDL-class vehicles, including lowboy trailers, dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy-haul equipment.
- Assist field crews as needed at project locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
- Load, secure, and transport equipment in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation requirements.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
- Valid Class A CDL is required.
- Experience hauling and securing heavy construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material-handling equipment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- $22-$32 per hour, DOE.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Salary : $22 - $32
