Role: Maintenance Technician
Location: Fountain Inn, SC
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support automated manufacturing operations. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience with PLCs, robotics, and industrial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment.
- Maintain PLC-controlled systems, robotics, VFDs, motors, and sensors.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance.
- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, controls systems, and VFDs.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
