Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This position plays a critical role in maximizing equipment uptime, improving reliability, and supporting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, sensors, drives, and motors.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Maintain maintenance records and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, controls, VFDs, and automation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Technical degree or maintenance certification preferred.
