You'll be hands-on in every stage of production, from pre-production planning to live event execution, and any post-production editing, ensuring that our content reaches our audience with the utmost authenticity, relevance and creativity.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA headquarters daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- You will work four 10-hour shifts per week. These shifts can be any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Your day may begin early or end late, and requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
- You will receive your schedule 1-3 months in advance. Schedules are fairly static, and changes may come quarterly, but you will typically have a 2-4 week notice of any changes.
- You will manage and execute a full production cycle of live streams, social experiences, and virtual events, including technical setup, broadcast execution, and post-event editing.
- You will create livestream and short-form content, contributing both behind the camera, and in front of it.
- You will work as an active participant in livestreams, either by engaging in the chat and providing host/talent with questions.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, digital, content/creative) to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- You will troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to ensure smooth live event broadcasts and viewer experience.
- You will oversee video editing, audio mixing, and final production of event recordings to deliver polished, high-quality content.
- You will develop strategies to promote audience engagement, increase viewer interaction, and optimize live stream reach across multiple platforms, with an eye toward 24/7 livestreams on multiple platforms.
- You will contribute to the creation of promotional videos, trailers, and other content that support marketing campaigns and branding efforts.
- You will contribute to commercialization strategy by building product lineups for shows.
- You will stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and digital media production to maintain a cutting-edge approach to content delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Television Production or relevant field or equivalent business experience
- 5 years of experience in digital video production including shooting, editing, lighting, and scripting
- Experience with livestream media production, or closely related roles (Digital Media, eCommerce, Livestreaming, Product Assortment).
- Proficiency with live streaming platforms and tools (e.g., OBS, vMix, Wirecast)
- Proficiency in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, social media editing platforms
- Strong technical understanding of live production equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones, lighting) and their integration
- You have experience being on-camera as needed, as a cohost or primary host
