The Omnichannel Content Producer – Short Form Content, reporting to the Manager, Short Form Production is responsible for creating a high volume of engaging and effective short-form content for a variety of platforms for QVC, HSN, and Streaming and Social on our one-of-a-kind Content Innovation team.
In this role, you will take an innovative, agile approach to content creation – finding new ways to work outside of traditional production timelines to shoot, edit, and deliver finalized content assets all in the span of one shift. We are looking for creative individuals who are extremely quick to ideate and even quicker to deliver polished content that is authentic to its intended platform
Where You'll Work
Content Creation: Our Content Factory generates an omnichannel workstream where five pieces of content with distinct and relevant tones, production styles and aspect ratios are created for their native platform in a single space. This allows us to drive sales in multiple places through a single shoot. Using established content templates in various “lanes”, work with product and talent to create a high volume of short form content within a shoot (20-30 pieces per day).
Innovation: Research new content trends, techniques, editing styles and gear to keep content authentic to intended platform while maintaining an efficient, streamlined, production timeline
Training and Teaching: Work with Content Innovation Team to train, cross-train, and learn the skills of others with the goal of creating a fully functioning production team where members can seamlessly step into any role at a given notice.
Problem Solving: Using strong time management skills and platform knowledge, make informed decisions to continue to deliver content by expected deadlines as business needs change and evolve

Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA headquarters daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. There will also be some flexibility to work remotely, with one remote day per week.
- There will be occasional need for weekend shoots a few times per year, which are balanced by flex time given to you.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications or related field or relevant experience
- 5 years proven experience producing nationally distributed video content with an emphasis on retail and commercial work.
- 2 years producing social and streaming content
- Must feel confident self-shooting social media (vertical) content, and being on-air, customer-facing
- Willingness to shoot and edit video as needed with basic proficiency with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities (while demonstrating excellent taste).
- Strong understanding of production equipment, cameras, lighting, audio recording, and terminology.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and trends.
