- The Senior Compensation Partner supports QVC, reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations, and serves as a strategic compensation partner to Human Resources and business leaders across assigned client groups.
- In this role, you'll help shape and deliver market-competitive compensation programs by partnering on compensation strategy, job evaluations, organizational changes, and enterprise-wide compensation initiatives.
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Provide strategic compensation partnership and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders across assigned client groups
- Support compensation decisions related to job evaluations, market pricing, offers, promotional increases, department reorganizations, and compensation communications
- Lead or support large and complex compensation projects, including planning, market analysis, recommendations, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and communications
- Conduct compensation studies to support pay strategy, competitive market positioning, and broader compensation opportunities
- Help develop, administer, and communicate compensation programs, guidelines, and practices that support consistency and compliance
- 5 years of direct compensation experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with advanced experience working with spreadsheets and compensation data
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong working knowledge of compensation policies, practices, and compensation-related laws
