Your Opportunity, Your Team
- Reporting to the Manager, Assortment Planning, you will create the Assortment Plan. The plan is for a merchandise division or category, across all platforms. The current scope is QVC, but the future will support both QVC and HSN.
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at the West Chester office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Develop pre-season assortment plans, factoring in demand sales trends by platform.
- Review recommended inventory assortment plans with Merchandising partners prior to market presentations.
- Reconcile post-market buys to the original assortment plan to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Facilitate internal communication among Planning, Merchandising, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Merchandise Financial Planning, and Digital Commerce teams.
- Influence business strategy and decision-making across cross-functional teams to positively impact business outcomes.
- Share knowledge, observations, and opportunities related to business performance and inventory management.
- Develop and independently execute Merchandising Assortment Planning strategies for assigned business areas.
