Ensures building and equipment performs at optimal levels to support fulfillment operations in shipping of orders to all QVG Group customers.

Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Ontario Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Communicate directly with the Operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work on equipment.
- Responsible for leadership of a shift of FC facilities maintenance mechanics to support fulfillment operations.
- Perform administrative responsibilities, including payroll management, individual development plans, performance improvement plans, coaching, evaluations, and regular one on ones.
- Review work orders for accuracy and completion against standards. Provide metrics and details to Facilities Manager.
- Monitor and audit preventative maintenance programs to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and applicability to maintain equipment in optimal levels for production.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and environmental regulations and preventive maintenance systems are required.
- 3 years management in fulfillment/distribution, industrial manufacturing, or equivalent military experience.
- Experience using work management systems, ideally CMMS programs (EAM, Maximo, eMaint, Maintenance Connection, etc)
- Strong leadership, staff development, interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with cost and budget analysis skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
