- Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and their respective organization, you will support QVC by keeping schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day priorities organized and moving for . You will also prepare materials, coordinates across teams, and handles sensitive information with care and discretion. It is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, and comfortable working with senior leaders.
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: (NJ, PA, DE). Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Provide advanced executive support to one or more senior leaders. Serving as a trusted partner, you will manage daily priorities,, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Own complex, frequently changing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple teams and time zones, prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and aligning the leader's time to priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, leadership meetings, department events, and related logistics, including itineraries, agendas, materials, technology setup, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare, edit, format, and distribute presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials.
- Support operational and administrative effectiveness by processing expenses and invoices, coordinating onboarding and team communications, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and refine workflows.
- Lead the onboarding of new hires and/or third party support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 8 years of executive administrative experience, with a strong track record of supporting senior leaders.
- 8 years of demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars and scheduling, including coordinating across leaders, priorities, and time zones.
- 8 years experience creating presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive-level materials.
- 8 years experience managing travel, meetings, expenses, and other administrative processes.
