Quvia is seeking an experienced Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring demand during Q1–Q2 2026. This is a short-term, project-based engagement designed to provide additional recruiting capacity during a defined period of increased hiring activity. The recruiter will operate as an independent contractor and manage recruiting deliverables with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for executing core recruiting activities for assigned requisitions, including:
- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates for priority roles
- Conducting initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
- Coordinating interview scheduling and supporting a positive candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and providing weekly recruiting updates
- Partnering with hiring managers and People Operations on intake alignment, feedback, and next steps
- Supporting offer coordination and closing logistics in partnership with People Operations
Success In This Role Will Be Measured By
- Quality and timeliness of candidate pipelines
- Responsiveness and communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Adherence to agreed timelines and recruiting deliverables
- Hiring manager satisfaction with candidate quality and process execution
- 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions end-to-end
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Experience recruiting both technical and customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
- Familiarity with Bamboo ATS and Google Suite Tools
- Independent contractor (1099); not eligible for employee benefits
- Compensation paid on an hourly basis, subject to agreed terms
- Engagement may be terminated by either party in accordance with the contract terms
