Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently transcribe and enter data from various sources, including legal documents, client correspondence, and case files, into our database and case management systems.
- Review documents and data for errors, correct any inaccuracies, and ensure the final output meets our high standards.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of all client and firm information in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files to ensure information is easily accessible and retrievable.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring a logical and efficient workflow.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as required.
- Proven experience in a data entry or typing role is preferred, but not essential for a candidate with demonstrable skills.
- Excellent typing speed combined with a high degree of accuracy.
- A strong command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing precise work.
