Job Overview
Cumberland Christian School is seeking a professional and compassionate Call Centre Agent to join our dedicated administrative team. The offered compensation is between $35.00 - $49.00 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information to parents, students, and the public regarding school programmes, admission processes, events, and general policies.
Direct enquiries efficiently to the appropriate faculty, staff, or department.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications within our school's database.
Conduct follow-up calls to prospective families and support enrolment initiatives.
Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and communication scheduling, as required.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Uphold the Christian values and professional standards of Cumberland Christian School in every interaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative support role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or database systems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
